Next Gathering is on February 5th at Trinity Hill UMC, Lexington
The February Gathering will be on February 5th at Trinity Hill UMC at 3600 Tates Creek Rd in Lexington. There will be a Potluck dinner at 6:30 PM followed by worship at 7:00 PM.

February 2010 Flight Registration is Open!
The Lexington Emmaus Community's February Chrysalis Flights are almost upon us. Boy's and Girl's Flights #31 will be held February 13-15, 2010. The deadline for submission of Flight applications is three (3) weeks prior to the start of the weekend. If you wish to register a teen for these Flights, get them in now to guarantee a spot.

Spring 2010 Walk Registration is Open!
The Lexington Emmaus Community's Spring 2010 Walks are just around the corner. Men's Walk #107 will be held March 11-14, 2010 and Women's Walk #108 will be March 18-21, 2010. The deadline for submission of Walk applications for these Walks is three (3) weeks prior to the start of each Walk. If you wish to register a pilgrim for the Spring Walks, get them in now to make sure your pilgrim has a place.

Walk and Flight Fees Increased
The fee to attend a Walk is now $150 per person and the fee for a Flight is now $100 per person. Walk applications require a $50 deposit and Flight applications require a $30 deposit; both are non-refundable.

The 2010 Walk and Flight dates will be as follows. All will be held on the campus of Asbury Theological Seminary.

October 21-24, 2010	Women's Walk 110

Community Prayer Ministry
The Lexington Emmaus Community now has a Prayer Ministry. Should you or some one you know have a special need for prayer, please e-mail those requests to prayers@lexingtonemmaus.org. Norm and Susie Galloway are leading this new ministry. All prayer requests will remain confidential unless you ask that it be made known outside the prayer ministry team.

Signup to be a Meal Server and to bring Snack Agape
You can now signup on-line to serve meals or to bring snack agape on the upcoming Walks. Go to the Meal Server or Snack Agape signup pages to let the team know how you want to help.

We need your help
We have begin the process of documenting our history on the Web as a part of the 20th Anniversary. In doing so, we have discovered we are missing the group pictures of some of the Walks. If you have some of these pictures from early Walks please contact us. You can click here for the current list of the pictures we need. As we complete this work, the group pictures will be available from the Walks & Flights page.
